The subscriber would need to have cell phone network coverage for USSD access and/or available data for the Mobi site in order to generate the Discounted Grocery Coupons.  The subscriber’s ID number in the database allows access to the benefits via a sign-on page.  (Should the ID number not be in the database the subscriber will not be allowed access to the platform and will have to get in touch with the i-Pasella 24/7 Helpline for assistance). 

Coupon codes must be requested prior to visiting the till point. As soon as the coupon has been requested, an SMS will be sent to your cell phone with the coupon code.  Once all items have been scanned, give the cashier the coupon codes. The cashier must enter the coupon code/s on the till screen like a product that does not scan, the code will not register on a credit card machine.  The relevant discount/s will be reflected on the till slip.
